We commissioned a domestic tannery that also produces leather for European high-end brands to create a snakeskin leather that enhances luxury, rarity, and good fortune.
① White Gold
The snake leather, dyed white, is coated with gold leaf by craftsmen, one piece at a time, by hand.
The key is not to apply too much. The smudged and shaded look creates an elegant atmosphere.
② Green Gold
Just like the white ones, the green-dyed snakeskin is coated with gold leaf by craftsmen, one piece at a time, by hand.
In recent years, green wallets have become very popular, as it is said that they bring good fortune! Therefore, we have packed this wallet with many elements that boost good fortune, such as [snake x green x gold].

We specially produced python leather in the popular color [greige] and created two different series.

This is a lucky charm card made of snakeskin [not for sale]. White gold snakeskin has been cut into the shape of a four-leaf clover and finished as a card.

We will include a set of five-yen coins washed at Sen-sui Benzei-ten (as shown in the diagram on the right) with your order.

COTOCUL is a coined word combining "Koto" (ancient capital) and "culture," reflecting our desire to promote Kyoto's culture and the best of Japan through manufacturing. We value the Japanese mindset and character in approaching manufacturing.
Each product is handcrafted with care by artisans in a workshop in Kyoto.

The surface of snake leather is formed by the skin being modified into scale-like structures, and its structure differs from that of fish scales. The scales will not peel off.
