Repair process
1. Please take a photo of the area you wish to have repaired and send it to us by email.
*Please refer to the bottom of the page for the address and content.
2. We will inform you of a tentative estimate.
3. Once you agree with the provisional estimate, please send us the product.
*Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, so please send the item with prepaid shipping.
*Shipping fee: one way from 550 yen
*For unused products within one week of purchase, we will cover the shipping costs, so please send them by cash on delivery.
4. We will check the product you have sent and inform you of the official estimate and repair period.
5. Once you have agreed to the estimated cost and repair period, we will begin the repair work.
*Repairs are expected to take 1 to 3 weeks, but this may vary depending on the content.
6. Once the repair is complete, we will send you the bank details to transfer the payment.
*Payment method is bank transfer only.
7. After confirming your payment, we will ship the product.

Gusset replacement: 1 location: 1,650 yen (tax included)
