Repair Process
1. Take photos of the area you wish to have repaired and send them to us via email.
*Please refer to the bottom of the page for the recipient and required information.
2. We will inform you of the provisional repair estimate.
3. Once you approve the provisional estimate, please send us your item.
*Customers are responsible for shipping fees, so please send with shipping paid in advance.
*Shipping fee: from 550 yen (one way)
*For unused items purchased within one week, shipping costs will be covered by us, so please send them cash on delivery.
4. After checking the item you sent, we will inform you of the final estimate and repair period.
5. Once you approve the final estimate and repair period, we will begin the repair.
*Repairs typically take 1 to 3 weeks, but this may vary depending on the nature of the repair.
6. After the repair is complete, we will send you the payment transfer information.
*Payment is only accepted via bank transfer.
7. After confirming your payment, we will send you the item.
Repair Price Examples
Button Replacement: From 1,100 yen (tax included)
Gusset Replacement: From 1,650 yen (tax included) per location
