COTOCUL original leather made from Japanese Black cattle raised in Kyoto. It is characterized by its gentle colors and firm texture. Embossing and water-repellent processing make it resistant to water and dirt, making it a highly functional as well as fashionable material.

COTOCUL is a coined word combining "Koto" (ancient capital) and "culture," reflecting our desire to share Kyoto's culture and Japan's strengths through craftsmanship, and we value the Japanese approach and spirit towards manufacturing.
Our products are handcrafted with care by artisans in a Kyoto workshop.
We also offer repairs in-house. Please feel free to contact us with any questions.
Staff with Leather Sommelier qualifications are always present at the workshop.
